A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced 1st line Support Engineer to work within the technical Support Team in a fast-paced managed service environment.
Must have 2+ years’ experience working in a customer facing service desk environment. The main accountabilities of the role will be to support our customers end users and infrastructure, ensure excellent customer service and an efficient ticket lifecycle.
