Account Manager/Customer Service

About this role

This well-established growing business has an opening in the Customer Service Team for an Account Manager/Customer Service Administrator.

The Role:

  • This is not a call centre role although you will be based within the customer service department
  • The role will be varied, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several key accounts
  • Processing orders accurately and proficiently
  • Day-to-day use of back-office systems
  • Engage with colleagues to ensure customer follow-through and reporting
  • Generate reports for management
  • Attend client business meetings with colleagues and directors when necessary

Skills:

  • Excellent commercial skills with an enthusiastic and courteous manner
  • Organised and with accurate administration skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills
  • Capable of working within a team environment
  • Positive and initiative-taking
