This well-established growing business has an opening in the Customer Service Team for a Customer Service Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a team environment.

The role:

  • Working within a small friendly team providing Customer service administrative support
  • Effectively communicate and provide administration support to all levels of business customers and management
  • Handle orders and offer alternative products if necessary
  • Input information into the in-house system
  • Undertake problem-solving tasks
  • Ensure follow-through with customers

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
