The Client:

A leading management company working in a developing and expanding industry. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Swanley and remote work from home.

The Role:

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to the National Accounts Team Leader and operations team
  • To ensure smooth delivery of the company’s service to clients
  • Handle client calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with colleagues both internally and externally
  • Input/update client information onto the bespoke system
  • Ensure job details are accurate with location and any relevant notes documented
  • Weekly reporting
  • Booking appointments using an in-house system
  • Managing access issues
  • Assisting the team with general calls and emails
