Our client based in Bexley are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the buying, selling, and letting of properties, liaising with clients, prospective buyers/tenants, and vendors/landlords.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Keep up to date with current market trends, property values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
• Assist with the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, to secure the best possible outcomes.
• Work closely with the sales and lettings teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A passion for property and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of local property market.
• Experience with property management CRM systems.
