Post Completion Assistant

About this role

A forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a Post Completion Administrator to join their growing team. This role would suit someone from a law firm/conveyancing/estate agency background.


  • You will be managing post completion administration through to completion
  • Managing own workload and prioritising
  • Submitting different types of applications to the Land Registry
  • Ensure tasks and communications are always responded to within time scale
  • Check documentation for errors and amend as required

Key Skills:

  • Background in conveyancing, post completion or estate agency
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Good IT skills
