Sales Manager

About this role

Our Client a growing Property company based in Bexley is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice.
  • Lead negotiations with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
  • Monitor and track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay informed on local market trends.
  • Oversee the preparation and marketing of property listings.
  • Ensure all clients have a positive experience throughout their sales journey. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for business development, including building relationships with new clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, within the property sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of property sales processes and local market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • IT literate, with experience using property management software or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of property marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
