Stock Control/Materials Coordinator

About this role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a materials coordinator/administrator who wants to be part of an exciting major global luxury brand. Beautiful corporate offices within the Kings Hill Development.


  • Report directly to the Department Manager
  • Working within a small team in the after-sales department
  • Maintain and supervise stock control/inventory, purchase orders, external sales, and material resource planning
  • Disclose stock delays/issues to relevant departments
  • Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks and corrective measures for improved workflow
  • Consult with colleagues within the UK and Internationally regarding systems matters for resolution
  • Provide support to the London team when required
  • Contribute to the annual performance review process and recruitment of new team members where relevant
  • Communicate reports
  • Establish and build internal and external relationships

Key Skills:

  • Confident, team player who can take the lead if required
  • Numerate, methodical, and detail orientated
  • Good administration and coordination skills
  • Provider outstanding customer service
  • ERP/SAP or similar experience but training given on in-house system
  • Excellent verbal communications
  • MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good standard of education
