Administrator

This is great opportunity to develop your administration skills whilst working for a specialist division of a corporate company.

Responsibilities:

Working within a small specialist team
Act as point of contact for customers ordering bespoke products
Liaising with customers regarding their specialist orders
Produce quotes and proofs for customers
Process sales orders using Sage 200 when required
Communicate regularly and clearly with the project teams & suppliers via email and telephone
Keep accurate records for future orders and job specifications
Training will be given in procurement and stock management (current post holder retiring)
Key Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Good understanding of MS Office including excel

Ability to deliver excellent customer service
