About the job

Our client a successful law firm providing a wide range of services to the property industry is looking to recruit an experienced administrator who has excellent customer service skills along with a confident and courteous manner. “Office-based role”

Support the team in day-to-day administration/general enquires from customers
Liaising extensively with clients via email and phone
Input information onto the in-house system accurately and proficiently
Diarising, chasing matters when necessary
Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
Commitment to first-class customer service
Team player
Lettings, conveyancing, or similar experience would be desirable
