Materials Coordinator/Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a materials coordinator/administrator who wants to be part of an exciting major global luxury brand. Beautiful corporate offices within the Kings Hill Development.


Report directly to the Department Manager
Working within a small team in the after-sales department
Maintain and supervise stock control/inventory, purchase orders, external sales, and material resource planning
Disclose stock delays/issues to relevant departments
Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks and corrective measures for improved workflow
Consult with colleagues within the UK and Internationally regarding systems matters for resolution
Provide support to the London team when required
Contribute to the annual performance review process and recruitment of new team members where relevant/Identify training needs for team members to the Materials Manager
Supporting the management of the ERP system
Communicate high-level reports such as monthly consumptions/MRP analysis
Establish and build internal and external relationships
Key Skill:

Confident, team player who can take the lead if required
Numerate, methodical, and detail orientated
Superb administration and coordination skills
Provider outstanding customer service
ERP/SAP or similar experience
Excellent verbal communications
MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook
Good standard of education
